Woodland Park's premier Open Mic event presented by Out Of The Bedroom, Greenhouse Arts and Woodland Park Arts Alliance (WPAA). Here is your chance to participate and experience intimate and unplugged original music and original poetry (no cover songs, please) with others like yourself who write original music or poetry. 9th grade and older welcome.

The format:
Sign up promptly at 7 pm to secure a three-song slot for original music (could be less on a really busy night). We have a house guitar, but you are welcome to bring your own guitar, tuba, washboard, etc.

ATTN POETS: Plan for a 5-7 minute set to read your original poetry.

Out of the Bedroom promises a listening audience and a safe place to perform your original music.The point  is to find, encourage and promote budding and veteran talent in Woodland Park and the surrounding communities. The rules  are:1) don't talk over the performers; 2) bring your music, well, out of your bedroom 'cause we're here for you, baby, and it's gonna be fun!
