A three-course artistic, yet mouth watering, meal created by healthy raw ingredients. Chevy Lee Catering continues their tradition of promoting well-being through “raw” cuisine.
The delicious, energy fused food that will be served at our Raw Fusion extravaganza is:
Appetizer— Almond-garlic soup with figs (A creamy broth of almond milk, garlic and sherry vinegar poured over chopped almonds and figs)
Entrée— Hummus plate with a salad duo (A nutty, smoked paprika hummus served with slices of onion-hemp seed bread, cherry tomatoes, cerignola olives and pickled peppers. Served with a fennel-orange-pecan salad and a quinoa-red bell pepper-parsley salad)
Dessert— Baklava (Layers of almond-cashew pastry dough and walnuts in a cinnamon syrup. Drizzled with orange-tarragon syrup and sprinkled with pistachios.)
