What if instead of buying your usual latte every morning, you spent ½ on a regular cup of coffee and donated the rest to a child orphaned by AIDS in Africa? What if instead of eating out twice a week, you dined out only once and donated the rest to another child orphaned by AIDS in Africa? A small personal luxury cut in 1/2 could make a big difference for one of the thousands of children who have lost their parents to the HIV/AIDS epidemic. In conjunction with "The House is Small But the Welcome Is Big" exhibit: A Fundraiser for Reencontro, Mozambique-based NGO devoted to bettering the lives of thousands of children orphaned by the HIV/AIDS epidemic. You can contribute you ‘morning latte money’ or ‘dinner out money’ through a $5+ suggested donation. All proceeds will go to Reencontro, a Mozambique-based NGO providing life-saving support to children orphaned by AIDS. Reencontro, meaning "reunion", is a non-profit organization created in 1998 by a group of women of good-will that decided to join efforts and support the many children left without their parents because of the HIV/AIDS pandemic. Sponsored by CC Students for Global Health and IDEA @ Colorado College
