    A three-course artistic, yet mouth watering, meal created by healthy raw ingredients. Chevy Lee Catering will continue their tradition of promoting well-being through “raw” cuisine.

    This reservation only dinner begins at 6:30 pm and will be paired with live music by Brendan Woodard. 

    The delicious, energy fused food that will be served at our Raw Fusion extravaganza is: Appetizer— Spring Rolls (Green leaf lettuce rolled around a fresh vegetable and herb medley. Served with a sweet and spicy almond butter dipping sauce.) Entrée— Noodle Bowl (Almond oil marinated zucchini “noodles” on top of a bed of shredded green leaf lettuce, cucumber, bean sprouts, cilantro, mint and basil. Served with a savory, brothy sauce, and pickled carrot and daikon radish.) Dessert— Banana cream pudding (Pudding made from fresh bananas. Layered with vanilla-anise granola.)

        Tickets:

        The event is $30.00 per person, and $35.00 for wine. Please R.S.V.P. no later than April 13th, 2010 at (719) 685-1861 x 11 or CanvasCafe@thebac.org. There is a mandatory $10 holding fee that can be refunded before April 13th if reservation is cancelled. The remaining cost can be paid the evening of the event.
