Add Review/Comment
Colorado Youth Ballet completes its 2009-2010 season with one of the great classics from the repertoire. Tchaikovsky’s setting of the fairy tale Sleeping Beauty has been a mainstay of ballet companies for 120 years. A full-length presentation of the ballet, ideal for children and adults, features the company’s award-winning dancers in principal roles with original costumes and set design. Two performances are scheduled on Sat. May 15 at 3 pm and 7 pm in the Rampart High School Theatre at 8250 Lexington Drive in Colorado Springs. Dancers from the pre-professional division of Ballet Society of Colorado Springs, the parent organization of the Youth Ballet, will also be featured.
