50th Colorado Springs Street Breakfast – Celebrate our western heritage at the corner of Pikes Peak and Tejon in downtown Colorado Springs. The breakfast is prepared and served by Fort Carson volunteers. The $5.00 breakfast includes eggs, pancakes, milk, coffee and juice and is free to children under five. Tokens for the breakfast may be purchased from Sertoma Club members in the Pikes Peak region, the morning of the breakfast or at Springs Spree. All proceeds from the breakfast go to benefit military charities. In addition, at 8:00AM, 160 Pikes Peak Range Riders ride off on horseback for a 5-day trip for the 62nd year. The ride is in support of the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo and to honor and perpetuate the western heritage of our region. For more information on the Pikes Peak Range Riders, go to www.pikespeakrangeriders.net. This event's partners are the City of Colorado Springs, Sertoma, the Pikes Peak Range Riders and Fort Carson 4 ID.
