    The Business of Art Center’s Canvas Café will host “Raw Fusion”, a three course artistic and mouth watering meal created by healthy raw ingredients. Chevy Lee Catering will continue their tradition of promoting well-being through “raw” cuisine.

    The delicious, energy-infused food that will be served at our Raw Fusion extravaganza includes:
    Appetizer—Tomato-avocado Caprese Salad: layers of sliced tomato and avocado, sprinkled with fresh basil and drizzled with creamy balsamic vinaigrette
    Entrée—Spaghetti and Meatballs: olive oil marinated zucchini noodles topped with an heirloom tomato ragu and italian seasoned almond nut meatballs
    Dessert—Strawberry Shortcake with Brownies: cacao-walnut brownies topped with sliced strawberries and vanilla bean whipped cream

    This reservation only dinner begins at 6:30 pm and will be paired with live music by Jason Bennett. For more information on this event, please contact Tim Anderson at canvascafe@thebac.org.

        Tickets:

        $30 per person; Please RSVP no later than August 16th, 2010 at (719) 685-1861 x 11 or CanvasCafe@thebac.org. There is a mandatory $10 holding fee that can be refunded before August 16th if reservation is cancelled. The remaining cost can be paid the evening of the event.
