Astronomy Star Gazing Event

The Colorado Springs Astronomical Society (CSAS) invites the public to a free telescope star gazing session on Friday, Sept. 17, 2010, located at Bear Creek Park in the East Garden parking lot.

CSAS club members setup their telescopes to allow attendees to view objects such as planets, galaxies, nebulas, star clusters and more! Join us and take a look into the constellations Scorpius and Sagittarius! Reservations are not needed. All ages are welcome!  The event begins at sunset, approximately 8:00P and lasts until 11:00 PM. Please check CSAS’ website for additional information.
