The MAT Kids First Series rings in the New Year with world class clown Jim Jackson and The Big Bubble Circus. This very family friendly weekend of silliness begins with a special New Year’s Eve performance and party. Refreshments and general mayhem will be provided. Jim Jackson’s clown persona Mr. Art Guffaw will host the festivities with astounding tricks, beautiful surprises and non-stop laughs. Giant soap bubbles, broken bicycles and flying fruit collide in slap-stick hilarity as Mr. Guffaw proves once again “The bigger the dream, the bigger the mess!” Milk and cookies and art activities follow each show.
For over thirty -five years Jim Jackson has been performing his unique style of buffoonery in theatres and circuses throughout the world. An accomplished juggler and magician, his shows appeal to all ages with startling physical comedy, verbal improvisation and beautiful imagery. With over 35 appearances at International Children’s Festivals from London to Singapore, Jim is a master clown that is not scary!
