Fabulous Chefs will be competing with their secret recipes! There is no entry fee for contestants or spectators. Competition is limited to 18 entries & pre-registration is required. Contestant entry applications are due to the Manitou Chamber by 5 pm on Friday, February 25. Carnivale Parade is in Historic Downtown Manitou Springs following the Gumbo Cook-off.

Gumbo tastings 2 for $1.00
General Day and Time Info:
Cook-off is 8 a.m. - 11 a.m.,
Public tastings are available 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Parade begins at 1 p.m. immediately after cook-off
