    Opera Theatre of the Rockies continues its popular series of special presentations that set the stage for their annual Pikes Peak Center Grand Opera presentation. Shave and a Haircut: The Barber of Seville Sessions consists of six scheduled events inspired by the Rossini masterpiece. Each highlights different aspects that have contributed in making this one of the world’s most beloved operas.

    Opera Theatre of the Rockies continues its popular series of special presentations that set the stage for their annual Pikes Peak Center Grand Opera presentation. Shave and a Haircut: The Barber of Seville Sessions consists of six scheduled events inspired by the Rossini masterpiece. Each highlights different aspects that have contributed in making this one of the world’s most beloved operas.
    For the Session’s fifth presentation, Opera Theatre’s artistic “dream team” - Music Director Daniel Brink, Conductor Thomas Cockrell, and Stage Director Michael Shell- offer a detailed walk through the plot and music of the opera. Audiences will see cast members performing actual excerpts from the opera.
