Meet the chef who set a world record for the largest fruit sculpture display carved at the 2010 Colorado State Fair. Bartlett was also featured in Denver’s 303 magazine November 2010 dining issue and has worked establishments including the five-star, Broadmoor Hotel, International Culinary Schools at The Art Institute, The Metropolitan, Garden of the Gods Country Club, and The Blue Star. He is currently the executive chef for SSP, The Food Travel Experts for Colorado Springs. The chef will be sharing his passion for the art of cooking with a demonstration on unique ways to incorporate fruit into meals.
