Applicable for beginners through advanced students, this class will cover:
* Getting Started – types of clay, essential tools, the armature,key measurements, and roughing in the pose
* Refining: strengthen composition, simplify anatomy, infusing emotion, life, and feeling
* Finishing: overview of permanent material options.
Clay Enoch is an associate member of the National Sculptor’s Guild and was recently awarded the Polich Tallix Foundry Prize at the National Sculpture Society’s 77th Annual Awards Show. He has been sculpting professionally for 14 years and has placed numerous large scale public works as well pedestal size pieces that are collected privately.
