This evening features an Asian Culture Night Lecture and Performance. The celebration will open with a culture show consisting of various dances performed by Colorado College’s Asian Dance Troupe, CC students and the Spirit of Cambodia Cultural Alliance. A fashion show segment will display the traditional dress of various Asian cultures as well as current Asian street fashion. After the show, sample an array of Asian entrees, desserts and drinks.
Sponsored by Colorado College Asian American Student Union, the office of minority and international students, the Asian studies department, campus activities, Colorado College Student Government Association, I Mua Lokahi / Hawaii Club, Korean American Student Association, the Life of the Mind Grant, race and ethnic studies department and Students for the Awareness of South Asia.
