    "Get Your Act Together!"
You've written the songs and perfected your skills as a performer...now what? Take the next steps in planning and marketing your act in this workshop taught by performer and Smokin' Sleddog Records label founder Jamie-Sue Seal.
Do your promotional materials reflect who you are as a performer? What are you selling? Practical topics such as planning and budgeting will be covered as well as helpful tips to get the most from your promotional efforts. If you would like your current promo reviewed, please bring those items to the workshop.
From 12:00-12:30 pm John and Jamie-Sue will be available for questions, discussions, reviews and optional performances by workshop attendees.

"Intros, Hooks and Bridges - Beyond the Verse and Chorus"
A great intro captures the listeners attention right away. A good hook makes your tune impossible to forget. A nice bridge keeps the mystery alive. Come and discuss ways to implement these features into your songs - what are they? ...where do they go? ... how do I know if I got it right? Award winning songwriter John Latini will focus on these song elements that could get your new songs over the hump!
