Every Friday this summer, Stargazers’ FREE Friday concert series has showcased the amazing talents of local musicians playing rock, classic rock, blues, bluegrass, dance music, folk music, and more. The free Friday summer concerts feature specials on Bristol Brews and Summer Sangria, plus a selection of fresh and economical dinner sandwiches and an array of fun summer finger foods--so you can fill up your tummy and have more money to fill up the gas tank!
Now the heat is on -- come dressed for the beach and ready for some hot tunes for the final Stargazers Summer Fun Free Friday Concert with Tron the Band!
Tron the Band has been an entertainment entity since 1990, playing the best dance music ever heard on radio. Tron Simpson and Peter Stoneham founded Tron the Band with the intention of providing the best in dance music from The Doors, The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Billy Idol, Tom Petty, and other favorites. Tron has shared the stage with Sheryl Crow, Cinderella, Robbie Krieger, Randy, Bachman, Foghat, and many other well-knowns. The band’s original music has won awards, and the band has been named as The Gazette’s Best of the Springs’ Cover Band for 2011.
