"You ask, how we got through it? I don't know that we did. Only three of us survived when so many others didn't. We were foxhole buddies...It was either cold and damp, or so hot and humid that we could hardly breathe. I remember thinking, "when will this ever end? Will we get out of this alive?" -- Jim, 86, WWII Vet, in Iwo Jima.
Join the Front Range Theatre Company as the present a very special tribute to today's heroes-- our local military veterans--- in "The Wisdom Within These Walls: WIsdom in Uniform".
This collaborative project gathers WISDOM that comes from the oral history of several generations of local area veterans and provides a forum to share their stories. Based on poignant, moving and inspirational interviews, these stories have been beautifully rendered into a reader's theatre production.
Please join us in honoring our local Veterans.
