The Palmer Lake Historical Society and Tri-Lakes Center for the Arts presents:
"A Victorian Mansion in the Colorado Rockies: The Estemere Estate at Palmer Lake"
Join us for the release of a book by Dan Edwards and Roger Ward about the history of Palmer Lake's famous landmark; Estemere Estate. This book is an architectural and social history of a unique 19th century mansion. Learn about Estemere's many owners and their families and the various ways the structure has been utilized from the time it was built.
This program is free and provides an opportunity to meet and discuss the history of Estemere with the two individuals who are most knowledgeable abou this local landmark. The book and DVD are available for purchase and signing, with a portion of the proceeds going to support the Palmer Lake Historical Society and the TLCA.
