Don't miss the Southern Colorado premiere of a new film from the Aldo Leopold Foundation, the US Forest Service, and the Center for Humans and Nature.
Aldo Leopold was one of the fathers of the science of ecology and the American Wilderness system. This highly-acclaimed new film explores Leopold’s life and legacy, provocatively examining his thinking, renewing his idea of a land ethic for a population facing 21st century ecological challenges. Beautifully photographed and edited, the film illustrates Leopold’s continuing influence on current scientific and environmental projects around the country and the world that connect people and the land.

A benefit for Wild Connections and Central Colorado Wilderness Coalition

Copies of Leopold’s Sand County Almanac will be available for sale at the film showing.
