    Former Colorado Springs Police Officer Ronnie Stallworth will be the key note speaker at the West Side Community Center (formerly Buena Vista Elementary School). Ronnie will be speaking on "An Unknown Chapter of the CSPD".

    Former Colorado Springs Police Officer Ronnie Stallworth will be the key note speaker at the West Side Community Center (formerly Buena Vista Elementary School). Ronnie will be speaking on "An Unknown Chapter of the CSPD".

    An officer and the first black CSPD cadet and detective in the 1970's, Ronnie infiltrated the KKK and received a membership card and certificate signed by then Grand Wizard, David Duke. He later worked for the Utah Department of Public Safety, retiring as a sergeant. Ronnie is an Adjunct Criminal Justice Instructor for Salt Lake Community College in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is also the author of two books, "Gangsta Code: The Sociological Implications of Rap Music, Hip Hop Culture, and Street Gangs" and "Bringing the Noise: Gangsta-Reality Rap and the Dynamics of Black Social Revolution".
