    “Bully,” now being released in theaters, is described by Rex Reed as “a powerful, vital and brave must-see movie.” Written and produced by CC alumna Cynthia Lowen , a 2001 graduate of Colorado College, the 98-minute documentary, filmed during the 2009-10 school year, follows five families and how they each deal with the growing epidemic in America's schools. Lowen, whose work has been published in numerous journals, including A Public Space, Best New Poets 2008, Boston Review, Provincetown Arts, and Tin House, will talk about the experience of making this film and will take questions from the audience.
