    This hands-on painting workshop focuses primarily on overwhelming you with techniques on how to paint with pigmented beeswax (encaustics). A supremely fun and easy medium suitable for both the novice and experienced, painters and non-painters alike, the workshop provides all materials for two 8” x 8” encaustic paintings.     This hands-on painting workshop focuses primarily on overwhelming you with techniques on how to paint with pigmented beeswax (encaustics). A supremely fun and easy medium suitable for both the novice and experienced, painters and non-painters alike, the workshop provides all materials for two 8” x 8” encaustic paintings. Register for both sessions for maximum experience. There will be a $20 materials fee per class payable to the instructor on the day of class. A supply list of optional materials for collaging, photo transfers, etc., is provided, but it is not necessary to bring anything to the workshop besides your playful spirit. Ages 16-Adult.
