    Early Life on the Palmer Divide

    Don Ellis will present an illustrated program on some of the early settlers in the Tri-Lakes area.

    He will give an overview with old photographs of agriculture and industry along the Palmer Divide, from stone tools to steam engines. His grandfather and grandmother came to the Divide as youngsters in 1874. Along with describing local rural life during their time, Don will present personal stories and observations of later ranch...

    Join us for this one-hour program. It is open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
