<p><p>As part of the Colorado Springs Fine Art Center's Conflict  Resolution exhibition, FutureSelf and Bemis School of Art come together to find out what unfolds through the creative process on the topic of conflict and resolution  Our exploration will include visual interpretations, the written word, music and film </p>
<p>Our new media class will film pieces of the four day workshop, and the whole process will culminate in an art opening at the Fine Art Center in June 2010   </p>

<p><p>After ten years on the road, &quot;It's Only Rock -n- Roll But I Like It&quot; has returned to the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum  We are pleased to bring you this exhibit for a limited engagement  Beginning January 29th and running until May 29th, &quot;It's Only Rock -n- Roll But I Like It&quot; brings you photos of rock legends from Janis Joplin and Jimi Hendrix to the Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin  All the photos were taken by accomplished local photographer Larry Hulst  Please come and enjoy this entertaining look back on the history of rock  Remember, admission to the museum is FREE, unlike most concerts!</p></p><br />]]></description>

<p><p>In its eleventh year, Art on the Streets is a yearlong public art exhibition to showcase the works of new as well as celebrated artists from across the country while enlivening the downtown Colorado Springs cityscape and urban experience  Art on the Streets has influenced purchase and permanent installation of many of the nearly 50 works of public art in downtown Colorado Springs  More than 150 works of art have adorned downtown Colorado Springs since Art on the Streets began in 1999</p>

<p><p>An opportunity to get in tune with the animal in  us all is always available at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo! Featuring unique exhibit spaces including the new Rocky Mountain Wild exhibition, the zoo is a showcase for perennial family favorites like giraffe feeding, peacock plumage preening, wallaby wonderment, monkey madness and let's not forget the spectacular views of the city offered by Cheyenne Mountain Zoo's unique position as the nation's only mountain zoo!</p>
