Colorado College Summer Music Festival

Founded in 1984, The Colorado College Summer Music Festival is a three-and-a-half-week teaching festival with an emphasis on performance. The festival's internationally-acclaimed faculty artists and students from the finest conservatories and music schools from around the world present a series of concerts which critics have lauded "as fine as [any chamber music] performed anywhere in the world."

Tevye, a Jewish peasant in Tsarist Russia, attempts to maintain his family and Jewish religious traditions while outside influences encroach upon their lives. He must cope with both the strong-willed actions of his three older daughters and with the edict of the Tsar that evicts the Jews from their village.

      FYI: I found out unexpectedly today that if you buy tickets at Worner Ctr. they don't take credit cards. Take cash/check with you.
