    McAllister House Museum

The McCallister House Museum is one of Colorado Springs' oldest and most charming landmarks. Built in 1873, this late 19th century cottage was purchased and is now owned and operated by the National Society of the Colonial Dames in America in Colorado (NSCDA in CO). It has been restored outside and in and boasts authentic Victorian furnishings. It is open to the public not only for guided tours but also for the annual holiday teas and the traditional ice cream social.
