Old Colorado City Historical Society
OCCHS is dedicated to the history of the original (1859-1917) Colorado City, early El Paso County, and culturally distinct West Side of Colorado Springs. It operates its History Center, research library, free museum an bookstore, puts on programs, conducts Founders Day, and other events. In addition, it also supports an extensive website, publishes "little histories," and provides speakers.
