Organization
Pikes Peak Library District is a nationally recognized system of public libraries serving El Paso County. With 12 libraries and two bookmobiles, PPLD reaches the entire community with free resources and activities, including a collection of 1.2 million items, public computers, Internet access, and programs and classes for people of all ages, as well as the All Pikes Peak Reads program. PPLD also presents an acclaimed world music series.
