    The Friends of Cheyenne Cañon, an all-volunteer 501(C)(3), works to preserve, protect, and enhance the natural, historical, and scenic resources of North Cheyenne Cañon Park. On the park’s 1,600 acres, Colorado Springs residents and visitors can enjoy a pair of waterfalls, 20 miles of hiking and biking trails, dramatic 60-story cañon walls, and beautiful vistas of the city below.     The Friends of Cheyenne Cañon, an all-volunteer 501(C)(3), works to preserve, protect, and enhance the natural, historical, and scenic resources of North Cheyenne Cañon Park. On the park’s 1,600 acres, Colorado Springs residents and visitors can enjoy a pair of waterfalls, 20 miles of hiking and biking trails, dramatic 60-story cañon walls, and beautiful vistas of the city below. The Friends also provide educational programming focused on park history and environment and serving tens of thousands of children and adults each year.
