Colorado Springs Diversity Forum acts to identify, cultivate, and convene community-focused stakeholders to connect spheres of influence and promote a shared vision for our community. We believe that a healthy community requires an inclusive climate built on a foundation of trust and respect for individual assets, talents, and perspectives. Diversity and inclusion add significant value to our organizations and community by maximizing everyone's contribution to a shared quality of life.     Everybody Welcome 50th Anniversary Fire Festival America the Beautiful Park Everybody Welcome 50th Anniversary Fire Festival Presented by Colorado Springs Diversity Forum and City of Colorado Springs at America the Beautiful Park August 4, 2012 As many as 100 delegates from Sister City Fujiyoshida, Japan will join us in August to produce a replication of the Yoshida Fire Festival, one of Japan’s three most unique festivals, right here at America the Beautiful Park in honor of our 50th Anniversary as Sister Cities.
