Radio station KRCC is owned by the Colorado College and is operated by the college as an extension of its activities in higher education and public service. Colorado College charges KRCC to offer programming that reflects, to its campus and community audiences, the college’s commitment to the liberal arts and concern for a diversity of ideas and people. KRCC is a National Public Radio (NPR) member station.

Many of their family and friends were murdered in the war, leaving each of them with physical and emotional scars that may never heal. Aurelio was born into a family possessing a long and distinguished musical tradition in the small Garifuna community of Plaplaya in Honduras. Although it rained a bit, we didn't care because the music was so great. this year I hear they will have a big tent to seek shelter from the rain, should the skies open again. Either way, rain or shine, it's a wonderful venue and great music! I hope I win some tickets! Collapse
