    An volunteer board formed to raise and maintain financial support to contribute to the capital and operating cost of the Uncle Wilber Fountain in Acacia Park, downtown Colorado Springs. In so doing, we assist the city in preserving this community asset for the benefit of citizens and visitors to Colorado Springs
