Lucretia Vaile Museum and Palmer Lake Historical Society
You would never guess that this quiet community was the site of scalpings, saloon killings and posse hangings during the Wild West days. Photos, articles, and artifacts of the historical Palmer Lake, Monument and Palmer Divide areas can be found at the Lucretia Vaile Museum. Special displays are rotated every four to six months.
