The partnership's mission is to promote appreciation and awareness of quality classical music in the region.The partnership aims to strengthen audience building efforts of individual members by cross-promotion, leverage the unified presence of the partnership to obtain better access to funding and promotional resources, and encourage collaborations among members for publicity, performances, audience diversification, and ticket sales. The partnership is open to any performing and presenting organizations in the Pikes Peak region who support the mission and objectives.

The founding members are Air Force Academy Chamber Series, Amateur Pianists International, Broadmoor Community Church Music Series, Chamber Orchestra of the Springs, Classically Alive Salon Series, Colorado College Music Department Concert Series, Colorado College Summer Music Festival, Colorado Springs Chorale, Colorado Springs Guitar Society, Colorado Vocal Arts Ensemble, First Christian Church Concert Series, Opera Theater of the Rockies, Rocky Mountain Music Alliance Concert Series, Sacred Concert Series--First United Methodist Church, St. Andrew's Church in Manitou Springs Recital Series, Thursday Night Recital Series.
