The mission of the Veronika String Quartet is to foster an appreciation of string quartet music through performances and innovative educational programs.

The Veronika String Quartet (VSQ) launched itself into the international arena early on, taking top prizes in Russia, Australia and the United States. The group has appeared on important concert stages in Moscow, London, Madrid, Jerusalem, New York, Chicago and Melbourne. Presently the group resides in Southern Colorado.

In 2005, the musicians initiated a thematically adventurous concert series in Pueblo and have since expanded into Colorado Springs. The quartet has also recorded for Colorado Public Radio.

Teaching and educating about classical music remain very important to the musicians of the group. They believe that through personal contacts with young musicians they develop performers and audiences for the future.
