COPPeR (Cultural Office of the Pikes Peak Region) serves as the lead organization for centralizing and coordinating information about cultural services in the community. By creating strategic partnerships, COPPeR ensures that all the arts are rightfully positioned as vital to economic development, education, civic life and a sustainable future.
