Colorado Springs Philharmonic Orchestra

The Colorado Springs Philharmonic is the only professional orchestra in southern Colorado. We perform about 40 concerts each year including Classical Masterworks, Philharmonic Pops, a Vanguard Series featuring 20th century composers as well as past masters, “Philharmonic Kids,” (a Family series), and Holiday events including The Nutcracker, Christmas Classics and New Year’s Eve.

	Tell-a-friend Fountain Creek Nature Center This oasis on the plains features creek, pond, marsh, meadow and cottonwood communities. Come experience the trails, exhibits, interpretive programs, special events, outdoor recreation opportunities, group tours, environmental education programs for schools and volunteer opportunities. Admission is free.
	Tell-a-friend Independent Film Society of Colorado The Independent Film Society of Colorado promotes the appreciation and celebration of independent film in Southern Colorado. Specifically, the purpose is to bring independent filmmakers and audiences together to cultivate a thriving film community by having events such as the annual Indie Spirit Film Festival, film seminars and film series. In addition to showing films at festivals and film series, IFSOC will work to provide channels for Colorado filmmakers to network with others within their field as well as with the general public.
	Tell-a-friend Out Loud: The Colorado Springs Men's Chorus A community chorus of the Pikes Peak region, Out Loud is organized to provide the opportunity for gay men and their friends to sing together. It is our goal to use the deep and enriching power of music as a means of fellowship and as a vehicle to reach out to the local GLBT community and the community at large. Through song, our nearly 60 members act as goodwill ambassadors to present a positive image of the GLBT community.
	Tell-a-friend Millibo Art Theatre The Millibo Art Theatre is a 90-seat theatre dedicated to producing and presenting new performance art for children and adults. They present three series of professional theatre, the Kids First, MAT Premieres and MAT Encores. In addition they provide a full slate of theatre classes and workshops for children and adults.
