Colorado Springs Philharmonic Orchestra

The Colorado Springs Philharmonic is the only professional orchestra in southern Colorado. We perform about 40 concerts each year including Classical Masterworks, Philharmonic Pops, a Vanguard Series featuring 20th century composers as well as past masters, “Philharmonic Kids,” (a Family series), and Holiday events including The Nutcracker, Christmas Classics and New Year’s Eve.

	Tell-a-friend Fountain Creek Brass Band Composed of 30 brass and percussion performers, the Fountain Creek Brass Band presents traditional and modern works in the British brass band style. The group performs a wide variety of classical works, military marches, overtures and contemporary jazz compositions, all uniquely arranged for brass instrumentation.
	Tell-a-friend Opera Theatre of the Rockies Opera Theater of the Rockies presents memorable opera that spotlights Colorado’s top artists. Professional training and opportunities for performance also are provided for emerging artists. 	Tell-a-friend Independent Film Society of Colorado The Independent Film Society of Colorado promotes the appreciation and celebration of independent film in Southern Colorado. Specifically, the purpose is to bring independent filmmakers and audiences together to cultivate a thriving film community by having events such as the annual Indie Spirit Film Festival, film seminars and film series. In addition to showing films at festivals and film series, IFSOC will work to provide channels for Colorado filmmakers to network with others within their field as well as with the general public.
	Tell-a-friend Business of Art Center The Business of Art Center is an award-winning nonprofit art center open to the public with ongoing art exhibitions in four separate galleries. The seven equipped art studios occupied by more than 20 artists, along with a gift gallery, help support area artists. 	Tell-a-friend Millibo Art Theatre The Millibo Art Theatre is a 90-seat theatre dedicated to producing and presenting new performance art for children and adults. They present three series of professional theatre, the Kids First, MAT Premieres and MAT Encores.
