The mission of Community Partnership for Child Development is to prepare children for success in school and in life by providing excellent comprehensive early childhood services, in partnership with diverse families and the community.
Serving El Paso County, CPCD provides children living in poverty or challenged by special circumstances with an early childhood education through three core programs: Head Start, Early Head Start, and the Colorado Preschool Program.
