A Foundation for Colorado since 1937, El Pomar has been committed to its mission to enhance the lives of Coloradans through grants and programs.
El Pomar Foundation makes grants to nonprofits in the state of Colorado and operates programs focused on leadership and community development. Spencer and Julie Penrose founded El Pomar in 1937.
