The Mountain Post Historical Association (MPHA) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2006 dedicated to supporting the 4th Infantry Division Museum and Ft. Carson’s historically related programs by providing education to the public of the many sacrifices made to protect our freedom.

MPHA is committed through its support and outreach to be a valid partner of Ft. Carson and the front range community, and strives to achieve this goal through the highest professional standards in keeping with military traditions.

The 4th Infantry Museum promotes greater appreciation and understanding of contributions made by Fort Carson Soldiers since Fort Carson’s activation in 1942. It also serves as a tangible salute to thousands of men and women who served there, hundreds of whom made the ultimate sacrifice to protect the freedoms we enjoy today.
