Pikes Peak Arts Council - www.pikespeakartscouncil.org - holds a central position in the cultural community, providing a forum for the exchange of ideas and information in the Pikes Peak Region. The Arts Council gives awards and provides fiscal sponsorship for small organizations and individual events.

Manitou Springs Arts Council - www.manitouspringsartscouncil.org - exists to preserve, promote and pursue a collaboration between the Arts and the community of Colorado Springs.
