About the artist:

Born into a family of naturalists, artists and scientists, I instinctively became interested in a life of creativity, curiosity and holistic healing. Inspired by my storytelling mother, design engineer father and wellness-crazy sisters, I learned the gifts of writing, creating, inventing and natural living. These traits helped me pursue a creative and socially aware life avoiding the corporate world throughout my career. When I was a teenager, I tried my hand at modeling. I even got to be one of the Winston Cup girls at the Pocono Raceway. I thought I was going to be an actress - someone on the stage or in the movies. I tried it on for size. After high school, I attended the Theatre of Arts in Los Angeles and appeared in the Disney movie, My Secret Bodyguard. However, I discovered I would rather write about the damnation of the universe more than anything else. I'm available for writing jobs via my business website at www.integritycreativebusiness.com. I've always been a huge fan of most types of art. Art has always held aspecial place in my heart. My father in his younger days sketched and sculpted many designs that encouraged his career as an inventor and designer. I'm proud to be like him. I enjoy walking through galleries wondering what the artist was thinking and escaping into the picture frames. I am writer, poet and now I play seriously with this creative form we call art. The placidness of working with my hands is quite enticing. I know I have much to learn but wish to be able to put the images in my head to canvas. This new avenue may be another object of my desire stirring up another facet of me! Traveling deeper, deeper.
