About the artist:
Thin Air Jazz is a 12 piece big band based here in Colorado Springs. We do a mixture of original music and compositions made popular by the great bands that came before us. During any given performance Thin Air will do music from the Basie band, the Maynard Ferguson band, the Woody Herman band and the Buddy Rich band. In other words, we're a concert jazz band with great jazz soloists and great arrangements.
