    About the artist:

    I have been doing mosaic work since 2000, when I retired from my job and took a course called "The Artist's Way". I started by doing a mosiac on my mailbox (not a HUGE success!) and then moved on to doing mostly framed pieces that are hung. I have showed my work in several galleries, and the PP Library District, but mainly focus on commission work, including backsplashes and house plaques. I currently have a butterfly in the median strip in front of the Antlers that is part of a Rotary Club project to raise money for Queen Palmer Elementary.
