Julio Garcia is a singer, songwriter, educator, Band leader, and musician from Colorado Springs, Colorado via Havana, Cuba. Julio holds a Masters of Music from University of Montana, a Bachelors of Music from University of Miami, and is currently seeking a Doctorate of Education from Grand Canyon University.
