About the artist:
Coming from a family of artists, you could say that art is “in my blood”. My Uncle, Norman Beckner, studied under George O. Beardsley (1867–1938) at the Broadmoor Art Academy and is well known for his Colorado Landscapes, rendered in watercolors/oils. With both my Brother, Stephen Beckner, and my cousin, Jay Beckner, being accomplished artists, art was an integral part of my childhood. Multimedia - My favs are Watercolor on canvas, Recycled Photography. My manipulated photography will take you to new or unfamiliar places, viewed through the lens of a mysterious alternate reality. There is a subject for everyone, so my hope is that you find something that will provide hours of enjoyment.
