Klayton Elliot Kendall

About the artist:

Klayton Elliot Kendall is the co-creator and former executive producer of the television, radio, and web program Colorado Culture Cast. In February 2007 Klayton launched a web-based program called Springs Culture Cast with producer/host Craig Richardson. An instant hit with audiences in the Pikes Peak Region, the show was quickly picked up for radio broadcast by KRCC 91.5FM. Television broadcast followed soon thereafter. Currently, Colorado Culture Cast (renamed in June 2008) can be seen on the Pikes Peak Library District Channel and on KBDI, a Denver-based PBS affiliate. During his two years with the show, Klayton produced over 200 video segments highlighting arts and cultural events in the State of Colorado. Klayton holds a BA in English from Rivier College in New Hampshire, where he graduated summa cum laude in 2002. He is currently earning his MA in English and editing an upcoming feature-length documentary concerning the 2008 Democratic National Convention. Klayton enjoys skiing, hiking, and motorcycling. He is a first-degree black belt practitioner and teacher of jujitsu.
