About the artist:
Longstanding Colorado modern dancer/choreographer/educator/arts advocate. Principal mission: Help fellow rock'n'rollers prevent injury through postural alignment using our favorite music. I am available to choreograph for theater and teach a wide variety of dance techniques. I am also an experienced personal trainer.
