About the artist:
I live to get out on the road, explore, get clobbered by the landscape, get hollowed out by the human experience, take all the photos I can, consume great food and drink along the way, then get back in the studio and paint the whole thing. It's a great life. Baum lives and works in Manitou Springs, Colorado. Michael Baum specializes in contemporary representational paintings of the western and southwestern landscape. He is represented in many private, corporate, and public collections nationally and internationally.
